  •    1 Salmon Filet

  •    2 Tablespoons Butter

  •    2 Tablespoons Flour

  •    1 Cup Milk

  •    1/4 Cup Not Joe Mama's Sweet Onion OR Bourbon with a Bite Sauce

  •    8 oz  Fresh Mushroom

  •    1 Green Pepper

  •    1 Onion

  •    1 Zucchini

  1. Sear Salmon in Not Joe Mama's Sauce

  2. Saute mushrooms, peppers and onions with a little butter and half of Not Joe Mama's Sauce.

  3. Melt 2 TBS butter in pan, add flour to make a roux.  Stir in milk and remaining Not Joe Mama's Sauce to create a sauce

  4. Spiralize or slice zucchini.  Blanche in salted water for 2-3 minutes.  

  5. Layer plate with zucchini, mushrooms, peppers and onions. Place Salmon on top and top off dish with sauce.
